The project focused on designing a seamless and intuitive luxury automotive test drive booking experience for high-net-worth users aged 35–55 who value speed, convenience, and premium service.
The objective was to rethink the traditional booking journey by creating a frictionless flow that allowed users to select a vehicle, choose a preferred location and time, and complete the booking process efficiently across manufacturer, dealership, or third-party systems.
Deliverables included annotated wireframes and high-fidelity concepts that demonstrated both creative thinking and logical UX problem-solving, with a strong emphasis on information architecture, usability, and premium brand alignment within an eight-hour design timeframe.
