Le Club Privé
The project involved rebranding and redesigning the UI and overall design system for The Private Doctors Club, an exclusive French discount and rewards platform.
A key focus was analysing competitors to assess their products, strategies, strengths, and weaknesses in order to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Although the existing platform was already fully functional, the core challenge was that the experience lacked clarity, consistency, and effective user engagement. To address this, I carried out detailed content analysis, card sorting, and information architecture exercises to better structure and categorise content across the platform.
Building a comprehensive design system was central to the project, ensuring consistency, accessibility, scalability, and faster collaboration within an agile environment. This included defining typography, spacing, iconography, colour palettes, and reusable components such as atoms, molecules, organisms, templates, and page structures to create a more cohesive and modern digital experience.
