The project focused on designing a seamless test drive booking experience for a luxury automotive brand, aimed at time-sensitive, high-net-worth users aged 35–55. Following competitor and brand research, I developed lo-fi wireframes to refine the booking journey around speed, simplicity, and reduced friction. Using engagement insights, I designed a seven-step flow covering dealer and model selection, streamlined forms, calendar scheduling, confirmation, and optional sharing features to increase brand visibility. Through prototyping and iterative testing, I optimised the experience into a smooth, premium journey that aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning while making the booking process intuitive, efficient, and accessible across both desktop and mobile experiences.
